We will do our very best to accommodate your guests dietary needs. We will recommend to you, to the best of our ability, the proper amount of food for your gathering. When calculating the number of trays we realize that some trays yield more than others and that some guests’ appetites are better than others! Your catering specialist will help you determine the number of trays needed.
